The Pilosocereus Pachycladus goes dormant during winter and should be watered very sparingly during this time and kept in a bright, cool position by a window. In summer the plant should be watered more regularly and kept in a very bright space.
Light: Like most cacti, they need lots and lots of direct sunlight to flourish.
